REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS
SOUPS
Reheat soups over medium heat until just about boiling. Reduce to low and simmer 5 minutes.
MAINS
ROSEMARY MINT SEITAN W/ RICE PILAF + ROASTED CARROTS
Heat a skillet and 2 teaspoons oil over medium-high heat. Add the rice pilaf. Cook 2 minutes. Set aside. Add a drizzle of oil, then the carrots. Cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside. Add 1 tablespoon oil to pan, then the seitan. Cook 3 minutes. Stir occasionally.
CARIBBEAN CURRY VEGETABLES W/ RICE + BEANS
Heat a pan and 2 teaspoons oil over medium-high heat. Add rice and beans. Cook 2-3 minutes. Stir occasionally. Set aside. Add the curry to the pan. Cook 4-5 minutes. Serve over the rice + beans.
